The process of making innovative and quality soap products is greatly simplified when soap noodles are purchased as the starting material instead of the basic raw materials such as oils or fatty acids. To produce finished soap products from soap noodles, all that is required is the finishing line – amalgamator, roll mill, plodder cutter, stamping machine and packer. Versatile and cost efficient.
Soap noodles are common raw materials for all kinds of soaps used. Soap noodles are produced by the saponification process or vegetables oils or animal fats. However, palm oil has become the mainstay ingredient of soap making. It is very high in palmitic acid which makes the soap hard and long lasting. It is often used in quantities of up to 40% of the base oils in recipes. Soaps made with Palm Oil will have a very nice stable, conditioning lather. Our laundry soap noodle is formulated to be cost effective with a high composition of Palm Fatty Acid Distillate (PFAD).
Translucent soap is made by subjecting functional ingredients (in this case palm oil, palm kernel oil) to a shear-sensitive process to generate transparency. These are then shaped into soap bars, noodles or pellets or any other suitable shape. Translucent soaps carry an aesthetic appeal to consumers because it denotes freshness and naturalness. The demand for transparent spots is on the rise. Our translucent soap noodles are made of the highest quality palm oil fatty acids.
Our white soap noodles are made from top grade refined palm oil fatty acids with a high percentage of glycerine. The white soap noodles sold by us can be formulated to the quality requirements of finished soap bars. These can be from high grade partially hydrogenated fatty acids for premium cosmetic soap bars or to the universal standard 80/20 blend materials for common soap bars production. Besides, our white soap noodles have superior whiteness and are scent less making formulation work for perfumery and other speciality products easier and cost efficient.
Palm kernel fatty acid distillate (PFAD) is a by-product from refining (by splitting and the subsequent vacuum distillation) of crude palm oil. PFADs comprise mainly of free fatty acid (FFA) (>80%) with palmitic acid and oleic acid as the major components. PFADs have a melting point above 25 0
PFADs are commonly used for rubber processing, candles, cosmetic products, as feedstock to produce derivatives for MCTs, soap and metallic soap oleochemicals products as well as animal feed.

Palm oil has a rather unique chemical profile in that it possesses a near equal balance of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids lending it “neutral” in terms of the effect on a person’s cholesterol levels. Palm oil has high levels of carotenoids that are documented to be beneficial to one’s health. Additionally, palm oil contains high quantities of tocotrienols, an essential part of the Vitamin E family, with powerful antioxidant benefits.
